We make every effort to ship our orders on time. Orders are shipped by first class mail 2 to 5 business days following receipt of payment. Custom items (such as personalized engraving) may take a little longer as noted in product description.
All products are securely boxed and insured. Email confirmation with tracking information will be sent at time of shipping.
Returns Policy
Our products are fully guaranteed. If you are unhappy with your order, or if it does not fit please contact us for return instructions.
Please return it by mail within 14 days for a full refund. It must be received in the original condition and shipping charges are not refunded.
We will be happy to offer exchanges within a reasonable timeframe. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
Items with custom engraving such as names cannot be returned. Please take your measurements carefully.
