Shipping is free to anywhere in the United States and Canada.
US orders ship by USPS from Washington. Canada orders ship by Canada Post from B.C.
Shipping and Delivery Times
We make every effort to ship our orders on time. Orders are shipped 2 to 5 business days following receipt of payment. Custom items (such as personalised engraving) may take a little longer as noted in product description.
United States orders are sent by USPS from Washington State and normally take 5 days or less.
Canadian orders are sent via Canada Post and will usually be delivered in 5 to 7 business days.
All products are securely boxed and insured. Email confirmation with tracking information will be sent at time of shipping.
Returns Policy
Our products are fully guaranteed. If you are unhappy with your order, or if it does not fit please contact us for return instructions.
Please return it by mail within ten days for a full refund. It must be received in the original condition and shipping charges are not refunded.
We will be happy to offer exchanges within a reasonable timeframe. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
Items with custom engraving such as names cannot be returned. Please take your measurements carefully.
